Free parking will be available between 10am and 6pm every day in Powys County Council car parks, from Saturday 7th December until Christmas Eve, and has been funded by Councillors not taking their full special salary entitlement.
Powys councillor Barry Thomas says he hopes free parking for shoppers in Powys in December will help Powys businesses.
